Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose and scope)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using HashSites (the “Service”), provided by LINKHASH (the “Company”), and the rights and obligations of the Company and the user. By signing up for the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (What the Service includes)

• AI build and edit: the AI creates and edits your website based on your requests.
• Hosting and operations: we publish your site on the internet, and the Company manages the SSL certificate, backups and security updates.
• Add-on features: visitor analytics, contact form collection, search optimization, custom domain connection.
• Human services (paid): dedicated engineer work, done-for-you builds, dedicated management, custom development.
• Dedicated server (paid, optional): we provide a separate server used only for your site.

Article 3 (Sign-up and accounts)

• You sign up with an email address and a password. You are responsible for managing your account details, and you may not transfer or lend them to anyone else.
• A 14-day free trial starts when you sign up. During the trial you can build a site without registering a card.
• If your account details are inaccurate or you used someone else's information, the Company may restrict your use of the Service.

Article 4 (Minors)

• You must be 14 or older to sign up. Using the service requires processing personal data, and we don't offer a guardian-consent flow.
• Paid purchases by anyone under 19 require a legal guardian's consent. Without it, the minor or their guardian may request cancellation.

Article 5 (Fees and payment)

• The Service is a monthly subscription. We don't offer annual commitments or long-term prepayment.
• The subscription fee is charged automatically on the same day each month, based on your sign-up (payment) date. Prices shown exclude VAT.
• AI edits draw down credits according to actual usage. The first build of each site and any job that fails are free.
• Dedicated servers, credit packs, engineer hours and done-for-you builds are charged separately, and the price is shown on each screen.
• If fees change, we'll let you know by email and in the Service 30 days before the change takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

Article 6 (Auto-renewal and advance notice)

• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. We email the amount and date 3 days before each charge.
• The free trial never converts automatically. When it ends you choose a plan yourself before any charge.
• If a payment fails, we retry for 3 days and email you. If it keeps failing the service pauses, but your data is kept for 30 days.
• You can cancel yourself anytime on the pricing page. We don't hide the cancel button or require a phone call.

Article 7 (Withdrawal of subscription)

• You may withdraw within 7 days of payment. In that window we only deduct the days you used, with no penalty.
• Parts already delivered — AI credits used, completed engineer work, delivered done-for-you builds — are excluded under Article 17(2) of the Korean E-Commerce Act.
• Unused items such as AI credit packs are fully refunded within 7 days.

Article 8 (Cancellation and refunds)

You may cancel at any time during the contract period. The cancellation procedure and the basis for calculating refunds are set out in detail in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and those terms form part of these Terms.

Article 9 (Data retention and export)

• We keep your site data for 30 days after cancellation. If you resubscribe within that period, everything is restored as it was.
• During the retention period you can download the entire site as a ZIP file. After 30 days, the site, its versions, analytics and contact form data are deleted.
• If the Company shuts the Service down for its own reasons, we'll give at least 60 days' notice and a window for you to take your data with you.

Article 10 (Copyright and license)

• You hold the rights to the text, photos, videos and logos you upload. The Company stores, displays and processes them only as far as providing the Service requires.
• You're free to use, modify and export the code and copy the AI produces for your site. You may move it elsewhere.
• The rights to the Service itself (the platform's screens, features and trademarks) belong to the Company.
• The Company won't use your site as a promotional case study without your consent.

Article 11 (About AI-generated results)

• The copy and design the AI produces are draft material for reference. You must check facts, prices, efficacy claims and legally required disclosures before publishing.
• In industries with advertising regulations, such as healthcare, finance and food, complying with the relevant laws is your responsibility. Reach out through support if you need help.
• Answers from the AI support chatbot are for reference too. For important matters such as fees and refunds, our staff's answer is what counts.

Article 12 (Prohibited use)

The Service may not be used for the following purposes. If we confirm such use, we'll notify you and then restrict access; in urgent cases we may stop it immediately.

• Illegal content, infringement of another person's copyright or likeness rights, defamation, obscene material, gambling
• Phishing, distributing malware, hacking attempts, sending spam, collecting other people's information without authorization
• Placing excessive load on the Service's systems or interfering with its normal operation
• Improper use, such as asking the AI for another person's site or account information

Article 13 (Service interruption and liability)

• When maintenance is needed, we announce it in advance and carry it out during low-traffic hours. For urgent incidents, we let you know after we've dealt with them.
• If the Service is interrupted through the Company's fault, we'll refund the fee for the period of the interruption on a daily pro-rata basis, or extend your subscription period.
• We're not liable for interruptions caused by events outside the Company's control, such as natural disasters or failures at telecom carriers or cloud providers.
• Except where the Company acted with intent or gross negligence, the Company's liability is limited to the amount you actually paid over the 3 months preceding the incident.

Article 14 (Changes to these terms)

When we change these Terms, we'll post a notice in the Service and send an email 7 days before the change takes effect (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you). If you don't agree to the change, you can cancel before the effective date; if you keep using the Service without telling us otherwise, you are deemed to have agreed.

Article 15 (Dispute resolution)

• If something goes wrong, tell us first through the support channel or at support@link-hash.com. We'll work with you in good faith to sort it out.
• If we can't reach an agreement, you may apply for mediation with a dispute mediation body such as the Korea Consumer Dispute Settlement Commission (소비자분쟁조정위원회).
• If litigation becomes necessary, the court with jurisdiction is determined under the Korean Civil Procedure Act (민사소송법).
• Anything not covered by these Terms follows the relevant Korean laws and commercial practice, including the E-Commerce Act (전자상거래법), the Door-to-Door Sales Act (방문판매법) and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions (약관규제법).
