Privacy Policy
We've written down exactly what information we collect and why, and how long we keep it. As a rule, we don't collect information we don't need.

- Visitor analytics don't use cookies. That means your site doesn't need a cookie consent banner.
- We don't store visitors' IP addresses in their original form.
- We don't sell personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.
1. What we collect

2. Why we use it
- Verifying your account and providing the Service, including site creation, hosting and edits
- Billing, showing you credit usage details, and processing refunds
- Responding to inquiries and support requests, and notifying you of incidents
- Improving service quality (statistical analysis). For this we process data in a form that can't identify an individual.
3. Cookie-free visitor analytics
Visitor analytics for your site use no cookies and no advertising identifiers. Instead, we mix a visitor's IP address and browser information with a random value for that day, turn it into a form that can't be reversed, and store only the result. Because that value changes every day, the same person can't be tracked over time.
You can turn visitor analytics off at any time in your site settings.
4. About AI processing
- Site build requests are processed by Anthropic's AI models, and the support chatbot by OpenAI's models. The contents of your requests are sent to these companies' servers.
- The Company uses these services on terms under which your request contents are not used to train AI models.
- Please don't enter sensitive information such as passwords or card numbers in support conversations. If we detect it, we mask it before storing.
5. Processing we entrust to others

Some of these providers keep their servers overseas (in the United States and elsewhere). If we change providers, we'll update this policy and let you know.
6. Retention periods

7. Your rights
- You can view and update your information at any time, and you can ask us to delete it or stop processing it.
- Send your request to support@link-hash.com or through our support channel, and we'll handle it within 10 business days.
- To close your account, ask us through support and we'll take care of it once we've verified your identity.
8. How we protect your data
- Passwords are stored in a form that can't be decrypted, and all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Customer sites run in isolated environments, and the AI can't reach any file outside its own working folder.
- We keep the number of staff who can access personal data to a minimum and log every access.
9. Personal data of visitors to customer sites
When a visitor submits a contact form on a customer's site, the customer (the site operator) is the controller of that information. We only store and forward it on the customer's behalf. Questions about visitor information should go to that site's operator, and we'll pass along any request we receive.

You can also report a privacy violation to the Personal Information Infringement Report Center (118), the Supreme Prosecutors' Office Cyber Investigation Division (1301), or the National Police Agency Cyber Bureau (182).
11. Changes to this policy
If anything changes, we'll post a notice in the service 7 days before it takes effect. For changes that matter to customers, we'll also send an email.
